| 三、 | To promote exchanges of collaboration and visits of medical professionals between Taiwan and Vietnam. 促進臺灣與越南雙方醫事人員聯誼交流合作及互訪活動。 |
| 四、 | To assist and refer critical patients from Vietnam to Taiwan for receiving treatment. 協助越南重症病患轉介來台灣就醫。 |
